Dear Elia Levin,

I am writing this letter to you because I have a story to tell.

Once upon a time, my husband and I were living a normal happy life. We took a trip to Las Vegas, our first. The reason for the trip was to celebrate the marriage of our daughter. Needless to say we were very excited. The wedding was beautiful and Vegas was truly a sight to see. Life was great…but about 2 months later we discovered that not “everything stays in Vegas” as the saying goes. This is when the horrors started. We discovered that we had bed bugs and life went from GREAT to COMPLETE DEVASTATION!

I couldn’t sleep. I was awake all hours searching for what we came to call “the critters”. I began to research pest control companies and felt that they were all eager to sell me their services but showed no real sympathy for our problem. Each and every company made me feel more like an invoice number than a person, only concerned about getting our business. Now for the best part of the story:

After many calls I finally happened upon your number for Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control. You were kind enough to listen to me without interruption as I explained about the bed bug problem that we had inherited and I knew immediately that I wanted you to take care of our situation. You were so nice and helpful on each and every call that I placed. I felt like a “pest” due to the amount of questions that I had for you but you were very reassuring and put me at ease each time.

On the day of the heat treatment your crew showed up on time and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You have some great people working for you. They were thorough, courteous and very respectful of our privacy.

Mr. Levin, I wanted you to know that under the “circumstances” it has been a pleasure doing business with you and your company. The ‘Critters’ are now a faint memory because I can think of your company rather than the annoyance of dealing with the biting bugs. You have made the road to recovery so much easier and I have and will continue to highly recommend your services.

Your heat treatment did the trick! Your kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten. Now we can live “Happily ever after”.

To The Gold Seal Family,

I just wanted to stop and thank you guys once more for a job well done. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Even the way Elia dealt with my elderly parents, he was very compassionate and understanding. Your team took a very devastating ordeal and walked my family through it as if they were dealing with their own love ones. Your team exhibited impeccable customer service skills from start to finish. Greg and the team were always very personable. I felt very confident that we had chosen the right company from the first time we met. It was evident that your team really enjoys what they do. Watching Greg with his camera was like a kid on Christmas morning. You guys went above and beyond your call to community service. And the most important thing for me that most businesses are lacking these days are “people skills” Your team is exceptional. If I had the authority to rate you all I would give each of you an A+ and a cash bonus. I have to admit I was thinking the big day was going to be something like Ghostbusters. I expected to be very nervous. From the time I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted with warm smiles. Everyone was so calm, cool and collected. I was constantly reassured and shown how well everything was going. No DRAMA always works best for me.

Once again, KUDOS for a fabulous job well done!!!

Thanks for getting our family home back to normal. This is the place were we all come together for family dinners and holidays to relax and enjoy one another. This had been taken from us because we no longer felt comfortable in the place were we grew up. Sure we can and do meet at our homes, but it is not the same. THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE HOME (smile)

Dear Elia,

I cannot express how grateful my family and I are to you and your wonderful company. Discovering a bed bug infestation in one’s home can feel truly terrifying, as you well know. But from the moment I spoke with you over the telephone, I knew we were in the best of hands. Not only were you extremely knowledgeable and explained your company’s thermal remediation process clearly to me, but you also expressed a sense of compassion and genuine caring for me and my family as your clients. Moreover, you demonstrated commendable patience, always returning my calls promptly, answering my many questions, and helping to calm my stressed nerves! I know you worked very hard to schedule our job as quickly as possible and demonstrated the utmost in customer service throughout the process. Additionally, you made every effort to protect our property and belongings from damage during the heating process, taking special care with our grand piano and other musical instruments. As for your fabulous technicians, they inspired my confidence immediately. They were courteous, intelligent, extremely hard working, and very professional in their conduct. I could see that they were genuinely committed to doing the job right from start to finish.

I cannot recommend your company more highly. If faced with a bed bug infestation, one would be hard pressed to find a more capable or service oriented company than Gold Seal. I must say and with complete honesty that despite the circumstances, working with you and your technicians and seeing how you run your company was truly inspirational.

Dear Elia,

I almost don’t know what to say, except Thank You of course, for the generous gift to Family Rescue-Rosenthal Family Lodge. Because of your generosity, we now have all 36 shelter beds open and available. We no longer have to turn domestic violence victims away!

I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to be able to offer women and children a safe place to stay, especially during the holiday season. Your commitment to helping displaced families in our community weather the crises in their lives is appreciated by those who help them and, most importantly, by those who benefit from our services.
